Bank and Mindspire Integration methodology including templates and standards for project preparation, project scope definition, task lists, high level project planning, resource plan, gap analysis, project reporting and communication.

Full legal, business and IT integration, delivery of an integrated organization, and realization of significant synergies after the merger.

Integration process is performed by aligning the business principles, strategies, resources, products, systems, reporting and logistics to Group standards.

Providing standardized processes, documents and guidance for the integration project.

Actively supporting the Project Director, the executive stakeholders and the project members in administration, information sharing and communication.

Supporting and guiding the project planning activities, documenting and tracking the execution, implementing and monitoring change management procedures and managing and reporting project risks.

Project organization and roles

Mindspire team worked together with the Bank’s Hungarian and Croatian teams.

Mindspire provided Project Management Office (PMO) services to support proper coordination and administration during the complete integration project lifecycle.

PMO provided support for project management activities (e.g. governance, planning and monitoring, risk management, etc.) and ensured effective integration management and transparency for the project.
