Bank and Mindspire Integration methodology including templates and standards for project preparation, project scope definition, task lists, high level project planning, resource plan, gap analysis, project reporting and communication.

Project scope and targets

The tasks of the integration project management office included full legal, business and IT integration, delivery of an integrated organization, and realization of significant synergies after the merger.

The integration process was performed by aligning the business principles, strategies, resources, products, systems, reporting and logistics to the exesting Group standards.

Our main contribution

MINDSPIRE Consulting’s tasks included providing standardized processes, documents and guidance for the entire integration project.

Our experts were actively supporting the Project Director, the executive stakeholders and the project members in the various administration, information sharing and communication tasks.

MINSPIRE staff were supporting and guiding the project planning activities, documenting and tracking the execution phase, implementing and monitoring change management procedures and also managing and reporting project risks. 

We also provided the Post Merge Support for 2 months following the project’s main phase.

Project organization and roles

MINDSPIRE Consulting’s expert PMO team worked together with the Bank’s Hungarian and Croatian team members.

MINDSPIRE staff provided Project Management Office (PMO) services to support the proper coordination and administration during the complete integration project lifecycle.

Our PMO provided support for the project management activities (e.g. governance, planning and monitoring, risk management, etc.) and ensured the effective integration management and transparency for the entire integration project.
